[DVBC] 2006 club banquet

This is Joe Sayer.  I joined and e-mailed for advice on buying a road bike after I rode the Brandywine Tour on my mtn bike.  Thanks for all the advice, by the way...it was helpful.

I'm glad everybody had a good evening.  I didn't feel right coming this year as I haven't ridden with a group yet.  I'm still riding on my own on my mtn bike in Ridley Park, and plan to try to continue through the winter.  I'll be there next year though!

I just put a down payment on a Harry Havnoonian and plan to pay it off in time to join a group ride in March!  Woo Hoo!!  Happy Holidays to all!!!!!

Wow.  What a night!  And I can't believe it's over!
 
Thank you, everyone, for a great evening.  We had a good number of members descend on The Little Inn at 6:30 last night and most of you stayed until 11 p.m. (67 all told).  Just another reason why I'm so proud of what the DVBC has accomplished this year.  So sit back, relax for a few days, and then head out for all of your holiday adventures.
