[DVBC] Doc's ride weather/wether

Larry,
I am not riding. Having siactic n pain/numbness. Awaiting MRI report.
Hope its soft tissue compression. Any recommendations on how I can learn
to stretch properly? Have tight ham strings.

Wednesday 12/20 looks now like sunny but chilly, esp for the 9:30 start.
I will be at the 320 Market at 9:30 if the temp is above 40. If not, I
will start later for an out and back with lunch at The 320. I would
appreciate it if any interested riders would let me know if they plan to
show.
