[DVBC] Doc's ride weather/wether

For tight hamstrings, you want to stand with your feet shoulder width apart 
and bend over and reach for your toes.  Try not to lock your knees.  It is 
better to have them slightly bent.  There are more, but this one is the 
easiest to do just about anywhere.

Massage also helps!!!  =)
