Hello all from Butter Butt!

I got home last night with yes, a very sore butt. My legs and my lungs
did not give out, but alas the saddle got to me. The mountain on Day 3
was over 3 miles long and EXTREMELY STEEP the last 150 ft. It looked
like a freeking ski jump! All of us made it up and what a downhill ride.

Doug called me this morning and suggested that I rejoin them Thursday
afternoon in Jim Thorpe PA since I already paid for my hotel room. This
way I can ride back to Lansdale with them on Friday. I think I can
handle this and am going to see if I can get a new saddle or figure out
what to do so I can ride in reasonable comfort on Friday. I think it's
only about 58 miles.

*BIG QUESTION--
*Is there any one out there that would like to go up to Jim Thorpe on
Thursday and stay overnight and then ride bikes back on Friday with the
others? I'm trying to figure out how to do this. Basically we would
need someone else to go up with us so they can drive the vehicle back?
Any one interested, please call me at 610-494-3033 or my cell phone at
484-832-4828.

It would be fun. How about you--Dan? Bob LaDrew? Frank Jackson?
Cheryl? Dave Bennett? I really want to make this happen. I hated
abandoning my tour but with yesterday, today and tomorrow off the bike I
think my wounds will be sufficiently healed.

Thanks and let me know.
Debbie (a.k.a. Butter Butt)
