[DVBC] TOPA update

Hey Debbie, Just a suggestion, but I think the best way to avoid a sore
butt is to rise out of the saddle frequently, especially if you are doing
big mileage. No saddle is going to work if you are always on it. And you
did say your legs and lungs were fine. Glenn
