Ira,
Yes, fine to meet at the Marcus Hook train station.
We will stay on pavement from Yardley train station to BikePA route E in
Morrisville. Since we'll be traveling city streets a fatter tire bike
may be desirable.
Septa's policy is a max of 5 bikes on a train. Some conductors may be
more lenient, especially if the are only a few passengers. No assurance
that would be the case on the next train out of 30th St. So I'll take
reservations for the ride on a first come basis, others are dependent on
Septa's whims. I could not coax a variance from the Septa spokesperson I
spoke with yesterday.

Mike
I'm interested, but have some questions. If you'll be riding south from
Yardley will that be on the canal towpath and would you need a fat tire
bike? Also, would it be possible to meet you all in Marcus Hook for the
0848
train? And could you tell Septa 5 will be coming even if you don't have
that
many commitments yet?
