Thanks for the info, unfortunately Bob Martin isn't on the list server
to get your advice.  
 
I did think of something else to bring if you are going to the race, a
good bike lock.

I would recommend leaving a little earlier to catch the beginning of
both the men's and women's races. It is quite exciting to be at the
start/finish line at the Art Museum when they take off. I'll probably be
leaving from Moylan Rose Valley train station at 8 sharp (yeah, right)
and racing down Balt. Pk. up the Cobbs Creek bike path and thru W.
Philly to 22nd.(?) to get there. Staying till finish.
I also heard there is a ride leaving from 320 Produce, although I looked
at the ride calendar on line and didn't see it. Then again I saw a
pretty large DVBC contingent heading homeward from the soccer fields on
the B'wine and looked on line (since I don't have a newletter) and
didn't see any rides that were in that area. What's up with that?

Bob Martin is leading an all class ride to Manyunk to see the
"International Championship Bike Race".  He will leave Drexel Hill Cycle
at 8:30am Sunday June 11th.  This will end up being an all day affair
and will return to Drexel Hill at about 4:00pm. Don your DVBC Jersey and
bring money for food.
