[DVBC] Right Of Way

I've seen many drivers during my bicycle commute making these same  mistakes.
 
Often I'm the only one who pulls off for an emergency or police  vehicle.  
One driver went on for several block with the siren going off  immediately 
behind her.
 
I've also seen numerous drivers making left turns and not yielding to other  
drivers who are going straight or left.
 
Keep educating the folks out there.
