[DVBC] Century Ride

hello all,
	Did anyone else get the nasty stomach flu?  i got it this past week  
and quickly lost 8lb in 5days.  today, i finally felt better.  so i  
decided to go out for a long ride.  it just kept going and i ended up  
riding  my first century since september 2004, all by my lonesome.  I  
started late, around 12, and enjoyed the late afternoon and evening  
atmosphere.  it was just about a perfect day for a ride.

any help on how to avoid cramps on long rides?  how about recovery  
foods or drinks after long rides?
