[DVBC] 1st Aid

I agree with Dave H, ride leaders should be just that. And I would go one
step further, the club should not provide 1st aid training, even in groups.
This sends the wrong signal. If someone has training and is able to provide
help, that's awesome, but everyone currently knows they are responsible for
their own safety on a ride. Do not confuse the issues.
