1) Sit on soft triangular shaped object that is at the top when both wheels are on the ground.
2) Grip each end of horizontal bar in front of you about shoulder length apart.
3) Place feet on small rectangular protrusions located about 6 inches off ground.
4) Alternate pressure with each leg to achieve circular motion and provide forward motion of two wheeled device.
5) Turn horizontal bar in combination with leaning to navigate around trees, rocks, and other obstacles.
Is that any help?
You know in trying to write out this wise cracking lesson on bike riding I now realize just how hard and complicated a task it is that we do each weekend.
If I had to write a full complete detailed instruction manual for bike riding I don't think it could be done. It is amazing we can train our bodies to do this stuff :-)
