Read mtn bike magazine. Also, Rodale has a bunch of little free booklets that they offer as incentives to get you to subscribe and I am sure one is called something like Tips and ... for mtn biking. I have heard that Sturdy Girls Cycling Club in Phila has a mtn bike division, dirty girls, but couldn't find a website. Probably email them and ask at sturdygirl at comcast.net.

  Hi. My name is Suzanne McHugh and I just bought a Trek Mountain bike, I am looking for an instructor to teach me how to mountain bike. I have mountain biked a couple times, (loved it) and would consider myself athletic, but a beginner in mountain biking.
