[DVBC] To PA Tour

Doug,
 
Is the route listed for the Western PA Tour on the link below part of
our PA Tour?  I like where they say that "The route will take us through
the mountainous areas of PA.  But, we will be riding through many gaps
so that climbing over the mountains will be minimized."  I certainly
hope we're doing that on our to PA Tour.
