Frank,
Thank goodness for a high speed connection, I downloaded the video and
will burn it to a disk for you if you would like.
This is a very good example of what I expect our state and federal
governments to provide to the general public in the form of continuing
education. The feds squander millions of dollars on anti-drug
commercials on TV that have proven to be ineffective. I have said this
before; driving accidents in this country kill and maim more people then
all other forms of accidents. For the majority of Americans, driving is
the most dangerous activity they perform in their life. We are issued a
license to drive when we are teenagers and allowed to perform this
dangerous activity until our eyesight gives out. As a cyclist it isn't
reassuring to know we trust our lives to people that don't know who has
the right of way at a 4 way intersection. :-)
