Eric,
Nobody actually speaks that goofy language. It's really only used for "coded" communications between members of the international terrorist organization Euskadi Ta Askatasuna. Does the department of Homeland Security know that you're looking for basque speakers?

I think I've got a couple of them thare basque speakers on my stereo out
in the garage. I think they are right next to my goniometer.
