[DVBC] AHCS Ride Report

Yesterday afternoon's weather was perfect conditions as 8 of us went out
to tackle some hills.  Grand Poobah Dan initiated newbies Juror #6, Jim
Irwin, and Dave Cunicelli by heading out to the hills of Lenni after
warming up on Cemetery and Neumann hills.  Dave made us all proud as he
tackled the Red Hill Rd climb 5 times!  Joe Sayer definitely is getting
stronger as he rides his mountain bike while waiting for the new Harry H
bike to be finished.  Steve Rothrock valiantly chugged along while
dealing with yet another bout of allergies.  Jo Ann and I looked liked
twins in our DVBC jerseys and knickers.

And then there was Juror #6.  I'm beginning to detect a pattern.  Eating
and leaving on Eichele Hill and now going missing at the end of this
ride.  Of course his alibi was that his daughter called him and he
stopped to talk, then lost us.  I think he pulled "a Misty" and left us
to go back to Rita's.  I swear I saw a stain on his upper lip when we
got back.

Adam, was a no show.   Could it be that he didn't want to face the
laughing women from last week?
