Sears is one of the cheapest if you want good tools and they have an
unconditional lifetime guarantee (Craftsman grade). Snap-on is one of the
best but will probably cost more.

Any of the other mechanically do you own maintenance inclined members have a
recommendation of where to purchase a decent torque wrench for the torque
ranges typically used on bicycle fasteners? Sears had one that covered 20 -
250 in lbs but I was hoping to spend lest than $75.
