[DVBC] Bridge near Rt 926 on Westown-Thornbury Rd finally opened

Hi,

I took a ride yesterday around Cheyney and wanted to let everyone know that 
the bridge just south of 926 on Westtown-Thornbury Road is finally opened 
for traffic. Construction is underway now on the Locksley Road bridge, off 
Valley Road. No news on when this will be reopened, but they seem to be 
making good progress. When this bridge reopens, a mile-long hill will again 
be easily accessible.
