joe,

glad to hear the new bike is making progress.  i have done this twice 
before and know how exciting it is.

i am planning on riding tonight, and will bring my son if he can be 
ready on time.   we will be interested in a modified version of the 
work-out...   not gung-ho, but more than la-la (excuse the technical 
jargon).

especially if evan comes, we will likely do an hour, tops.
