Way to go Dave! So it was warm enough for legs . . . don't you have
your legs on the colder rides? By the way, did you ride the new or old
bike?
Debbie

Subject: [DVBC] Bike to work ride report

Since everyone else likes to share their ride experiences I
guess I will jump in to.
This was the first time this year I have been able to bike to
work.
I try to get one bike to work day in each week from April to
September when there is enough daylight hours.
It is so nice to be able to ride to work. Love to see the people
sitting in traffic as I pass and consider how much fun it is to cycle.
It was a beautiful day to ride. Temperatures were perfect. Warm
enough for short sleeves and legs.
On the way home I did some exploring and found a nice detour
loop that will allow me to bypass the most dangerous 1/2 mile of the
route.

Total round trip distance 62 miles and 2600 ft of climbing.
It is great to get a long ride in mid week and not even have to
miss and work.
