[DVBC] BW Tour ads

Although I didn't read their participation analysis, I'm fairly certain our
crack Marketing team has done extensive research on how to identify and
message to our largest target market. By the way, there is an open Public
Relations Director position if anyone is interested.

Seriously, we do track registrations that are done onsite, via PayPal, and
from flyers. Direct regs from flyers was very non-productive. Whether flyers
are an effective communication tool, as Woody pointed out, is anybody's
guess. We're going to focus our PR efforts on electronic messaging to clubs
(already done) and try to do a better job contacting local media, then see
whether registrations go up or down. Ultimately though, the biggest turnout
driver is probably the weather.
