Thanks for the reminder.  As a cycling advocate, and a member of the Chester County Cycling Coalition, I commend you for working with the Earn a bike program.  Would you please inform our list in a little more detail about the program?  We support Neighborhood Bike Works on Penn Campus and I know that Fred Rothman has been involved with collecting bikes for something or other.  We have a DVBC member, Bob Martin, who has his own freelance program to fix up old bikes for the needy.
DVBC is going to be having a new campaign to have listed rides geared for younger riders and, of course, we do a lot of rides in CHESCO.  (I miss riding with kids)(Cycling was never better than when I was a kid)
