Hot News!
2  old guys and one young buck do 55 miles today.
Doc, Mike B. and Jason S. set off at 9:30 with  320 Dave C's best 
wishes.90 degrees F. To Manayunk via Doc's hilly route up Rolling Road 
to Manoa Road, etc. Great news about the new paving on the Manayunk 
Bridge surface. Add 10 miles on the Trail and back to Bella Tattoria for 
the best pomodoro pie yet.
Uneventful but very, very hot return to 320 Market.95-100 F. 2 bottles 
each way, plus. Lost 3lb- all fluids despite the efforts at on-road 
replacement.
Great day! Made us stronger.
