[DVBC] Winter is coming -- cold weather gear

"LARGE." -- were you implying that the average club member sizes up differently from the rest of the population?

Ha ha. Well, they fit people slightly larger than me. I think if you're over 5-11 or 170 lbs, or maybe over a 32" waist. Basically, if you weigh 145, they are not going to be tight enough on your legs. You need both some length and some circumference of thigh to make them fit right.

Hope that helps. I'll bring them to the time trial tomorrow in case anyone wants them.

Jon

    Hi All,

I mistakenly ordered and received LARGE knee warmers from Nashbar -- lycra sleeves that go from your shorts to just below the knee. I do not need large... anyone want them for $10? I really don't feel like shipping them back to Nashbar. These are them:
    http://www.nashbar.com/profile.cfm?category=&subcategory=&brand=&sku=4907&storetype=&estoreid=&pagename=Show%20All%20Products

By the way, they're new... not worn, not used, not defective. I just ordered large in my haste on the web.

    Jon
