[DVBC] Ride Report from the LIVESTRONG Challenge

Maureen and I rode the century route of the Livestrong Challenge
yesterday.  It was a great day and a great ride.  The route was very
hilly and extremely challenging.  This was the best supported ride I've
ever done.  Lots and lots of rest stops, lots and lots of SAG vehicles.
At the end of the ride we were able to use the Montgomery County
Community College locker room to take a shower--now that's a first,
showering after a ride.  Lance was there and led the group out.  It was
a really good experience and I think it would be great if we got a bunch
of DVBCers to do the ride together next year.  All of us have been
affected by cancer in one way or another whether it's ourselves, our
families or our friends.  This is a great cause and it would be good for
us to support it.
