[DVBC] Yearly roundups needed for newsletter

Vera,

There must have been an oversight.  We're all working on it now and I promise you we will give you a name you won't like.  Sometimes, you can squeeze by if you suggest you're own nickname in order to avoid one you won't want.  Once the naming Gods have spoken, though, its written in stone (pavement).
