[DVBC] Summer tours

I think these dates are good as gold.  There was talk about the Cancer
ride on July 14th interfering with peoples schedule but it seams as if
no week is perfect with everyone's schedule.

Joanne, Nancy, Bob Martin, Mike Broennle, Dom and I met on Saturday
evening to nail down some important dates.  Bob Martin will be leading a
tour (probably to Washington DC) starting May 19th.  The third ToPA will
start July 14th so mark your calendars.
