[DVBC] 2007 ToPA

If I recall last Saturday's planning meeting, ToPA 2007 will start on 7/14 and end on 7/20.

Maybe if we ask Doug real nicely, he'll consider moving the start and end dates to 7/16 and 7/22.  Pretty please, Dougie?!  One of us will even carry "the wrench" so you won't have to.  :-)
