[DVBC] New law proposed in NJ

I was listening to KYW radio today and heard the state of New Jersey is
considering passing a new law geared to protect us against ourselves.
The Legislature is considering a law to outlaw talking on a cellular
phone while riding a bicycle.  This goes back to what I said to Dom last
week; our lawmaker's base their decision making upon emotion and not
upon facts.   I hope this law passes, I will feel a lot safer as I ride
my bicycle around NJ. :-)
