[DVBC] Trainers

Hi Adam,
  I bought a trainer in 1990 and it was the cheapest one in the bike shop 
and I am still using it today.  So from my experience, I say that a $300.00 
trainer is not needed.  Performace bike shop has some good sales right now 
and you can find a very good trainer for under $100.00.  Hope this helps.
