[DVBC] Mt. Washington/Triple Bypass

As for those pesky legislators, I'm confident they're focused on doing
what's best for us the public. Why I bet a no-call-while-biking bill would
save thousands, if not tens of thousands, of lives a year just in The Garden
State, while making the roads safer for drivers. In fact, it would be *even
safer* if bicycle riders were forced to completely pull off the road to sip
water, apply makeup, and watch tv.
