Hey Bob all the theory you are hearing on this list serve are not  
nearly as useful as a good controlled experiment.
Run the experiment, report the results, and then let them find a  
theory to match the results.
Have fun !!!
I can't wait to see you on the next ride. I am betting on about 6  
bottles on the bike all with something different in them :-)
