[DVBC] water freezes-last word

I am wondering when I will actually get the "last word" as I have receive
over 20 emails with the subject line -  "RE: [DVBC] water freezes-last word"

Not that I think it applies to this thread, but I'll add a friendly remember
to keep the content on the list-serve civil.  We can agree to disagree and
keep our messages in a light tone.  There's plenty of serious reading to be
