[DVBC] DVBC Rides

I think the messages from today really point out the need in DVBC to
develop some slower rides for those that want them. However, this can't
be done if people don't step up to lead the rides. As I said in an
earlier message today, I've been riding with this club almost 5 years
now and there are some people that I see all the time on rides that have
never led a ride. If riders want more C, C-, and D rides, they should
step up, list one and others will come out to the ride. The good thing
about leading a ride is that you get to develop it and you can start and
finish where and when you want to and do the roads that you want to ride on.
