[DVBC] Rose Tree C Ride Report

A total of 7 showed for the ride:  Dan, Alex, John, Shawn, David,
Teresa, and myself.  Teresa decided to head back before we crossed 352
out of RCSP.  The rest of us continued on.  Daylight isn't lasting as
long as I remember so we didn't quite hit all the hills I wanted to.
Alex got stung by a bee under his right eye and began to swell up.
David got a flat on his front tire coming back through RCSP.  I decided
to continue back to RTP with John since he rode to the ride from Clifton
Heights and I wanted to try to get him back so he wouldn't be riding in
the dark all the way home.  Dan and Alex met me there and said that
David fixed his flat and only rode 20 ft when his back tire flatted.  He
and Shawn said they'd fix it or one of them would ride to Media where
they live and get a car.  It was an interesting ride to say the least.
I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone since I was back on my road bike
after riding my moose of a touring bike loaded down last week.  My bike
was so light and I felt so strong it was hard not to go realllllllllllly
fassssssssssssst!  Anyway, that's my greasy, grimy road dirt and I'm
sticking to it!
