[DVBC] Doc's ride 7/25

Larry,

The other three struggled back in the rain, with Cheryl struggling the most 
-- but wouldn't you know, she got right back in the saddle and rode 30 miles 
this morning, while I lay in bed nursing my sore muscles! Yesterday Cheryl 
did about 58 miles, Mary about 53, and I had my longest ride in many years, 
at 71 miles.
