[DVBC] Pro Race

Eric,

I don't recall seeing the team shirts go by with Jazz on them, but you
know how hard it is sometimes to read their shirts.  However, there was
a tent set up giving away free samples of the Jazz apples and they were
great!  I can't wait until they come to grocery stores in our area.
Very firm, tasty apples.

i didn't get to see the race because evan had a soccer tournament, but i
did share a flight to san francisco last night with the very lovely
members of the jazz-apple cycling team from new zealand, who had just
finished the women's race.  one of them placed fourth, but it wasn't the
one i was talking to (rushlee buchanan).

they are in the country for a few months, heading for a week of training

in monterey then on to more races.   i will keep my eye out for news of 
their results... never had heard of them before.
