[DVBC] Doc's ride 6/13/07

Doc, new rider Frank M and tri-gal Jenny A. leave for Northbrook at 
9:30. 3 miles out a spoke pops on Doc's Rolf rear wheel and all return 
to Doc's for a bike change. Out comes the Dry- weather- only Colnago 
since the coupled Jamis is also disabled with a broken Bontrager spoke.
We do the hillier options. Jenny turns for home at the point of exit 
from RCSP as planned. Larry and Frank continue to lunch at Northbrook. 
Dark cloud cover moves in rapidly at lunch and we move out just as 
quickly. Return route through West Chester for Swarthmore re-entry at 
3PM- 65 miles.
No rain-great.
(the left foot starts hurting again at the 30 mile mark)- not so great.
