Word is getting out about BikePhilly! Even at this early date we have people pre-registered from Michigan, Alabama, North Carolina, Maryland and New York. In our first year we are capping registration at 3,000 so be sure to pre-register to reserve your place.

BikePhilly is a family-friendly bike ride celebrating the freedom of car-free Philadelphia streets. Bicyclists will ride through center city and historic neighborhoods, will take over the Parkway and will discover Old City and hidden corners of Fairmount Park on Sunday, September 9th.
 
You can choose an easy, flat, car-free 10 mile ride, or extend that for a longer 20 mile car-free route. These routes can be extended onto shared roads for a total of 35 or 50 miles. 
 
Everyone will enjoy the Finish Line Festival on the banks of the Schuylkill River, with Philly food, music, bicycling safety tips, kids activities, and more - all to celebrate bicycling.
 
Register before July 1st, when the prices go up. We will close registration when it reaches 3,000 bicyclists. 
 
You can also volunteer to help.

Volunteers Needed
We're looking for a few good (hearted) bicyclists. I need you to volunteer for one of our upcoming events!
