[DVBC] Pizza in Buena

    Bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, twenty riders appeared this morning for our "Pizza in Buena" ride. Not quite so perky afterward, however, due to a lack of preparation and headwinds in both directions. Still it was great to renew old friendships and start the long treck back to fitness. 
    Drew did domestique duty by repeatedly going to the rear and bringing stragglers up front. Tom and Eric did nothing to diminish their reputations as nattily attired riders. Doug embarrassed himself with albino legs contrasted by black socks. 
    It was the first of what we hope will be many great rides this season.
