[DVBC] FX Pedrix/ correction

That is how I always see him, helmet on, standing up and no shirt. What is
even more interesting is the outside temperature when I've seen him few days
ago, 33 deg F and 35 deg F few days earlier - still no shirt.  I keep
wandering how is he avoiding hypothermia.

I wish to head off future misunderstandings about the Mad Russian.  It said
in the column that he was sighted helmetless.  That is not correct.  He has
always worn a helmet when I've sen him.  He doesn't wear a shirt, bike
shorts, nor does he ever sit on a saddlle.  He does always wear a helmet.
