I would like a jersey but am not sure what size. Those who know the fit
better might be able to tell me. I like a snug fit...

Ok with me. Same design? I'll probably get a replacement jersey as I left a
small prt of my current one on French asphalt.

Subject: [DVBC] Club jersey reorder
Hello Everybody,
Dom asked me to put out a message about ordering club jerseys. Our last
batch of jerseys were extremely popular with most sizes selling out quickly.
In fact, we've been largely out of stock for 18 months. Last night, the
board decided that the club is in a secure economic position to make an
initial outlay of about $2800 to reorder a combination of 50 mens and womens
jerseys, windjackets, and wind vests. Of course the expense is repaid slowly
as we sell jerseys so this is not a straight out expense. This is a large
order but it gives us a signficant price break per unit, which we pass along
directly to our club members and other buyers.
At issue is the bylaw limitation that the board get general approval for
purchases over $1000. The alternative would be chopping the order into
separate deliveries and payments. To place orders under $1000, the unit
price will more than double and make them untenable.
Can you give us a thumbs up to go ahead and place this order? It would
really help to have the new shipment on hand for the Bonkers Tour.
Oh, and let me know if you want to reserve a jersey, jacket, or vest.
Most
sizes sold out quickly last time.
Yours,
Drew
