[DVBC] Bonkerz cartoon

    Hi Edward--
    If I am reading between the lines correctly, you are under the impression that your face was used in the March Bonkerz cartoon. That is not the case. I searched through the files of many institutes for the mentally deranged until I found the photo of an inmate who bore a resemblance to you. When I finally discovered one, a staff member led me through the many layers of institutional security for a first-hand look. Deep in the bowels of the basement, in a cell lined by four feet of high-tensile concrete, was a howling madman with a wild, terrifying look in his eyes. He was perched atop an exercycle, spinning the pedals in excess of 200 rpms, sweating profusely even though the staff had artificially lowered the ambient temperature to zero degrees F.  His face had a look of serenity that reminded me of you. But it is not you in the cartoon. Could it be a long-lost relative?

  It looks to me that many more people in our club could be consider "crazy" although I might be the only one called crazy by the official publication.  Have you seen the DVBC News Letter lately?  I am considering a law suit against the club, as soon as I can find a lawyer who would not laugh at that cartoon.
