[DVBC] 5/5 Velo Swap meet

Joe,

How far away is delivery and what are the handling characteristics and fit
requirements that you can't get off-the-shelf?

Circa 1978 I had a bike stolen, so I ordered an expensive (for that time and
income) replacement. When I learned delivery was three months away, I
purchased a fill-in bike that I intended to sell when the big ticket
arrived. I found that the fill-in rode wonderfully and still have it on my
trainer, whilst the big ticket has long since moved on.
