[DVBC] New DVBC Jackets and Jersey Reorder

As Doug indicated, the new order of club jerseys, wind jackets and vests has
arrived. If you pre-ordered and would like first crack at our selection,
write me offline at agknox at gmail.com to make arrangements.

Otherwise, I will be at the Bonkers Tour and the garments will then be
available on a first-come, first-served basis. I expect the wind jackets and
vests to go quickly.
