Deb -
I lieu of setting up a separate donation page I am going to contribute on yours. Even though we are both doing the race, it doesn't make sense to do separate contribution accounts.
For anyone who does not know, the event is a fundraiser for the Fox Chase Cancer Center. The St. Joe and Temple boathouses are farther up river (not down near the other boathouses/Lloyd hall etc).
Hope to see some of you there Saturday. Weather is supposed to be fabulous!!!

Come out to see the Dragon Boat Races Tomorrow Oct 6thHi DVBC, Unfortunately, everyone of us — in some way — has been touched by cancer. DVBC lost Bob Leon to cancer. My father had prostate cancer, my grandmother had breat cancer, and I had thyroid cancer. I want to do something tangible for those who are faced with this challenging disease. On October 7th, I will be paddling down the Schuylkill River in tribute of Bob. Will you join me in honoring Bob by making a donation?I'd love to see some of you out watching the races tomorrow. My first race begins at 8:30 on Boat House Row on the Schuykil. When I'm not racing I'll be hanging out by the St Joseph's and Temple Boat Houses in tents #135 & #136.Hope to see you.
