[DVBC] Expand size of emails to listserver!!!!!!

Ah it is all good, we got more space!

Hey I used to have a Colecovision Video Game Console with the ADAM
attachment and I was always jealous of my buddy who had a Commodore 64. Man
those were the days! Oh and I don't think I even spoke or understood English
much back then either ;-)
