Charlie and I took the longer route but had an easy go as we purposely
tacked upwind. Our route wasn't bad at all, quite enjoyable actually. In
fact, Charlie suggested I lead a ride on that route sometime (thought I
was).

Nancy, I'm surprised you noticed any wind at all behind Doug.

We had a good amount of wind amongst the hills and tree cover in PA.
I could only imagine the windy ride you guys had on the flat open roads
of Jersey.
Just remember the wind will make you stronger.
