While I should quietly wait for others closer to the facts to respond, Prof Bloch does indeed reside in Swarthmore. He's a neighbor of Doc Larry Green, owns fine older bicycles, and has joined in on some of Doc's Wed am rides when he's not teaching up in New Haven. The depth and variety of talent in the DVBC membership is awesome!
