I know you have checked into FiOS already but FiOS is faster then T1 and
a lot less expensive.  Keep pestering Verizon to push them into
providing FiOS in your complex.  You can use this link to see when FiOS
is available in your neighborhood.

Yep, that was Jo Ann.  Thought she recognized "Sven" on the way home
from work. :-)
 
Unfortunately, our DSL Internet access has slowed to a crawl, or else Jo
would have responded herself.  Guess it's time to bite the bullet and
switch to Comcast.  Although I did see an ad for T1 access for
$357/month.  Maybe if we could get 9 other homeowners to chip in . . .
